  • 2cl vermouth(Cocchi, Belsazar Red)
  • 2cl Gin (Gin Sul, August Gin The Duke)
  • Rhubarb-orange espuma

Pour the ingredients over ice in a tumbler, stir, and top with espuma.

Espuma: Combine equal parts rhubarb and orange juice in a cream siphon, add xanthan or gelatin, and charge with nitrogen.
