  • 4cl Mondino Aperitivo / Senza
  • 10cl Orange juice
  • 1-2 tsp. honey
  • 50ml Ginger juice

Mix the ingredients and gently heat in a pot—or use a steam wand on a coffee machine. Do not let the mixture boil. Garnish with a slice of ginger and an orange twist.
